Our pictures and descriptions of bouquets, arrangements, plant and flowers are published on an informative basis. Its purpose is to show examples and samples of our fresh products in order to enable our clients to choose our items. It is impossible to create, always and every time, the same bouquets and arrangements as the pictures. We reserve the possibility to modify them lightly upon the arrival of flowers. We make all our efforts to have the bouquet or arrangement as similar as possible to the picture. We work a nature product, the flower that is perishable and exhaustible. On the flowers market, certain products can be not available everyday of the week; which obliges us to choose an alternative in order to be able to realize the composition. We attach a great importance to the freshness and the quality of our flowers and refuse to do compromises on this regard. Consequently, at any moment and for each product, we are free to change one or some sorts of flowers or colors in respecting as much as possible our client’s choice. We make effort to realize compositions the most resembling possible to the pictures but we reserve a possibility to modify compositions. We consider that our customers agree with this opinion and do not accept complaints concerning a modification of the choice of flowers or an aesthetic change of the composition.
