Pearsons florist is a family-owned and operated australian business. Fred and clare pollak purchased a small florist in bondi junction from the pearsons family almost 40 years ago. The pollak family has been closely involved in every step of the flourishing business. Over the years weve opened nine other retail locations in sydney city, broadway, darlinghurst, chatswood and warringah mall.the original pearsons florist shop has moved into westfield bondi junction but the personalised service remains the same. Pearsons have been a member of interflora for over 30 years and have developed a strong affiliate network. Pearsons offer world-wide delivery of fresh flowers and gifts and our products have been offered on the internet since 1999. In early 2007 our website was relaunched to be more user friendly and to ensure that our fabulous flowers were the main feature of the site. Pearsons also own and operate the multi award-winning pearsons school of floristry which has been running since 1997 and, over the following years, the range of courses offered by the school has expanded greatly. Pearsons school of floristry is now recognised throughout australia as an organisation offering high-quality training above the industry standards. We are now a registered training organisation, delivering nationally accredited floristry training courses. Just as proud as we are of the awards we have received, we are of our clientele. It includes large corporations, small businesses, restaurants, media, trade associations, organisations, and thousands of individuals.
