Heinls Flower Shop is the oldest flower shop in Terre Haute and probably Indiana. Established in 1863 by John G. Heinl and his brother. Heinls was originally located at 8th & Cherry and in 1903 moved to its current location at 7th and Walnut. Whether you’re from the Wabash Valley or not, you may have heard of the legend of Stiffy Green. Well, Stiffy Green was John G. Heinl’s dog.
