AGROTROPICAL is a project of the production and marketing of Heliconias, other tropical flowers and exotic foliage. Located in Colombia, one of the countries with the greatest world biodiversity, most of our plants are from the order Zingiberales, specifically from the Heliconiacea ( heliconia ) family. We began working with tropical flowers and foliage in the early 1990s, concentrating our efforts on production. Now, though, weve found a way to bring our beautiful exotic flowers to your home, by selling fresh bouquets and heliconia arrangements -- great for housewarming gifts, weddings, special occasions, and more.
