What if my chosen arrangement is unavailable?
If a specific flower or arrangement isn’t available, florists often substitute with a similar flower of equal or greater value. Reputable florists will match color, style, and value and will contact you if a significant change is needed.
How should I care for my flowers after delivery?
Trim stems at an angle, place flowers in a clean vase with fresh water and floral preservative, change the water every two days, and keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight and away from ripening fruit.
