Can I get same-day delivery in Monrovia?
Many local florists offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the florist’s cutoff time, typically mid-afternoon. Orders placed after the cutoff are usually scheduled for next-day delivery.
How should I address deliveries to hospitals or care facilities?
Provide the recipient’s full name, facility name, and room number if possible. Note that hospitals often have delivery policies and restricted delivery times.
What happens if an ordered flower is out of stock?
Florists commonly substitute a similar flower of equal value, matching color and style. If a specific flower is required, confirm availability before placing the order.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery times are usually estimated windows rather than exact times. For guaranteed timing, contact the florist when placing the order to discuss options and possible fees.
How do I keep flowers fresh after delivery?
Trim stems, place flowers in fresh water with any provided flower food, keep arrangements out of direct sunlight, change the water every two days, and remove wilted blooms promptly.
