Can I get same-day flower delivery in San Ramon?
Many local florists offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the shop's cutoff time, typically mid-afternoon on business days. Availability depends on inventory and delivery route.
What should I include in delivery instructions?
Provide clear details such as building name, unit or room number, gate codes, preferred drop-off spot, and any contact person. Note if signature is required or if contactless delivery is preferred.
Do florists substitute flowers if an item is out of stock?
Yes. Reputable florists substitute with blooms of equal or greater value that maintain the arrangement's color and style. If you need exact flowers, order well in advance or check seasonal availability.
How long will my bouquet last after delivery?
With proper care—fresh water, trimmed stems, and placement out of direct heat—most mixed bouquets last 5–10 days. Longevity varies by flower type and environmental conditions.
Can flowers be delivered to hospitals or funeral homes?
Yes, but check the facility's policies beforehand. Some hospitals and funeral homes have restrictions on where arrangements can be placed or specific delivery hours.
