Is same-day delivery available in Covington?
Yes. Same-day delivery is often available for orders placed early in the day, but availability depends on shop capacity and holiday demand—order as early as possible.
What are typical delivery cutoffs?
Cutoffs vary by florist and season; many accept same-day orders until mid-afternoon on normal days, but holidays and busy weekends may require earlier orders or next-day scheduling.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Most florists accommodate color palettes and bloom preferences. If a specific variety is seasonal or unavailable, florists typically substitute with an equal-quality alternative and will aim to preserve the design intent.
How should I prepare for a delivery to an event or funeral?
Provide the venue name, contact person, arrival window, and any delivery instructions when ordering. Confirm event times with the venue to ensure timely placement and coordination.
How do I make flowers last longer after delivery?
Trim stems at an angle, change the water every two days, use floral preservative if provided, remove foliage below the waterline, and keep arrangements in a cool spot away from direct sun and drafts.
