Frequently Asked Questions
Who delivers flowers same-day in Preston, Kentucky?
The Flowers Directory arranges same-day flower delivery in Preston through local partner florists. Order by 1:00 PM local time, Monday–Saturday (no Sunday delivery). $19.99 flat delivery fee, arrangements from $79.95. Order help: (888) 610-8262.
Can I get same-day delivery in Preston, Kentucky?
Many local florists offer same-day delivery if you order before the florist's daily cutoff, which is commonly late morning to early afternoon. Place orders early and provide clear delivery instructions.
What is the difference between same-day and next-day delivery?
Same-day delivery fulfills orders placed before the cutoff for that day; next-day delivery schedules the order for the following business day. Rural addresses may be limited to next-day service.
Can you deliver flowers to hospitals and funeral homes?
Yes. Include the recipient's full name, room number or unit for hospitals, and indicate whether delivery is for a service or to the family for funeral home deliveries so staff can accept the flowers.
What should I do when my flowers arrive?
Unwrap the arrangement, recut stems at an angle, place flowers in clean lukewarm water with preservative, and keep them out of direct sunlight and drafts. Change water every two days.
What happens if a specific bloom is unavailable?
If a requested flower is out of season or unavailable, florists typically substitute a similar-quality bloom and contact you if a significant change affects the arrangement's look or price.
