Do you offer same‑day delivery in Highlands?
Many local florists provide same‑day delivery if you order before the shop’s cutoff time, typically in the early afternoon. Availability depends on floral stock and delivery schedules.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
You can schedule delivery dates in advance; however, exact times are not always guaranteed. For time‑sensitive deliveries, request a delivery window when placing your order and confirm with the florist.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available, couriers usually leave arrangements in a safe location per your instructions or attempt redelivery. Specify delivery preferences at checkout to reduce missed deliveries.

Yes. Provide full facility names and any room or service details. Hospitals and funeral homes may have delivery rules; florists can advise on appropriate arrangements and delivery procedures.
How can I make my flowers last longer?
Trim stems at an angle, use fresh water and a clean vase, add flower food if provided, change water every 2–3 days, and keep arrangements away from direct heat and ripening fruit.
