How do substitutions work if a specific flower is unavailable?
Florists may substitute blooms of equal value and similar color or style when a requested variety is out of season or unavailable. If exact flowers are required, request confirmation from the shop before ordering and place orders early.
What should I include in delivery instructions?
Include building or unit numbers, preferred entrance, gate codes, and any safe-drop notes. Clear instructions help drivers deliver quickly and reduce missed deliveries.
Are there additional charges for rural or after-hours delivery?
Rural routes, early-morning, evening, weekend, and holiday deliveries may incur extra fees. Check with the florist when placing your order to confirm any surcharges or minimums.
How can I make flowers last longer after delivery?
Recut stems at a 45-degree angle, remove foliage below the water line, use provided flower food, change water every 2–3 days, and keep arrangements in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
