Do local florists in Springs offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Many local florists provide same-day delivery for orders placed before the store's daily cutoff, typically in the early to mid-afternoon. Availability can vary by season.
What should I know about delivery on holidays?
Holidays have high demand and limited delivery windows. Order several days in advance, and expect potential substitution policies and higher delivery fees during peak dates.
Can I request a specific delivery time or location?
You can provide delivery instructions and preferred time windows, but exact times may be approximate. For precise timing or events, coordinate directly with the florist in advance.
What is the substitution policy if a requested flower is unavailable?
Most florists will substitute with equal-or-higher-quality blooms and notify you when substitutions are necessary. Ask for approval options if you require exact varieties.
How can I make my flowers last longer after delivery?
Trim stems at a 45-degree angle, place flowers in fresh water with preservative, change the water every two days, remove leaves below the water line, and keep arrangements out of direct sun and away from heat sources.
