What times do florists usually deliver in Telegraph?
Deliveries typically occur within a morning-to-evening window rather than a precise hour. Some florists offer morning-only or scheduled deliveries for special occasions—check the delivery options when ordering.
How should I care for flowers after they arrive?
Trim stems at an angle, use provided flower food, change water every 2–3 days, remove foliage below the waterline, and keep arrangements in a cool spot out of direct sunlight.
Are substitutions allowed if a specific flower is out of season?
Yes. Most florists will substitute similar-quality blooms when a requested variety is unavailable. Reputable vendors match color and style and will note substitutions in order confirmations.
Can flowers be delivered to hospitals or funeral homes in Telegraph?
Yes. Deliveries can be made to hospitals and funeral homes, but include access details, recipient room or chapel information, and any delivery instructions since facilities may have specific acceptance policies.
