Who delivers flowers same-day in Covington, Kentucky?
The Flowers Directory arranges same-day flower delivery in Covington through local partner florists. Order by 1:00 PM local time, Monday–Saturday (no Sunday delivery). $19.99 flat delivery fee, arrangements from $79.95. Order help: (888) 610-8262.
Can I get same-day delivery in Covington, Kentucky?
Many local florists offer same-day delivery for orders placed by the shop's cutoff time, typically early to mid-afternoon. Holiday demand and delivery zones may affect availability.
What is the difference between hand delivery and courier drop-off?
Hand delivery means a florist or driver places the arrangement with the recipient or an authorized person. Courier drop-off may involve leaving the flowers at a safe location when nobody answers.
Will florists deliver to hospitals or funeral homes?
Yes, deliveries to medical facilities and funeral homes are common, but policies vary. Provide full recipient and location details and check facility rules before ordering.
What should I do if my flowers arrive looking wilted?
Re-cut stems at a diagonal, place in fresh lukewarm water with flower food, and keep them in a cool spot out of direct sun. If issues persist, contact the florist to discuss a replacement or refund policy.
Are substitutions allowed if specific flowers are unavailable?
Yes. Florists often substitute with blooms of similar color, style, and value when items are out of season or unavailable. Reputable shops will notify you if a significant change is needed.
