Is same-day flower delivery available in Preston?
Yes. Same-day delivery is often available Monday–Saturday if you order before the florist's local cutoff time (typically early afternoon). Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the next delivery day.
Can flowers be delivered to hospitals or funeral homes?
Yes. Most florists deliver to hospitals and funeral homes. Include the recipient’s room number or the funeral service details and allow extra time for secure drop-offs.
What if my selected flowers are out of stock?
Florists may offer a comparable substitution of equal or greater value. You can usually indicate whether substitutions are acceptable, or request contact before any change is made.
How should I care for cut flowers upon arrival?
Trim stems at a 45-degree angle, place flowers in clean water with floral food, change the water every 2–3 days, and keep arrangements away from heat and ripening fruit.
Do delivery times change during holidays?
Yes. Peak holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day require earlier ordering—often several days in advance—and may have limited same-day availability and higher delivery fees.
