How far in advance should I order for graduation or wedding events?
For graduations and weddings, place orders several days in advance. For custom designs, large installations, or peak-season dates, order at least a week ahead to ensure availability and time for preparation.
What should I include when ordering to a campus residence or building?
Provide the full building name, room or office number, recipient name, and any special delivery instructions such as entrance preferences or buzzer codes to help the florist complete delivery smoothly.
What is the florist substitution policy?
Substitution policies vary. Many florists will substitute blooms of equal value and similar color if a specified flower is unavailable. Indicate whether you accept substitutions or prefer a refund when placing your order.
How do I keep cut flowers fresh after delivery?
Trim stems at an angle, use floral food, change the water every two days, keep arrangements out of direct sun and away from heat sources, and remove wilted blooms to extend vase life.
