Is same-day flower delivery available in Gilbert, West Virginia?
Same-day delivery is often available for orders placed before the provider’s cutoff time, which varies but is commonly mid- to late-morning. Orders placed after the cutoff are usually delivered the next day.
How do I make sure flowers are delivered if the recipient isn’t home?
Include delivery instructions in your order specifying a safe location or neighbor where the driver may leave the flowers. You can also request that the driver returns at a later delivery window if that service is offered.
What should I include with my order for special deliveries like funerals or hospitals?
Provide the recipient’s full name, unit or room if known (for hospitals), the funeral home or church name for memorials, and any time-sensitive instructions so the florist can schedule delivery appropriately.
What is the florist substitution policy?
If selected blooms are unavailable, most florists substitute with equal-or-higher value flowers in a similar color palette. Note any allergies or strict preferences in the order to avoid unwanted substitutes.
How can I make cut flowers last longer?
Trim stems at a 45-degree angle, use clean water and flower food, change the water every other day, remove wilted parts, and keep arrangements away from direct heat and ripening fruit.
